Friendly staff very clean hotel and amenities. Housekeeping takes pride in their work! The restaurant is very good especially the breakfast buffet. I have been here twice in the past year for work. The private cab service is great as well, ask for Marco
Nice hotel with large rooms and fairly comfortable beds. Service by all the staff is exceptional, everyone is helpful and always smiling. The restaurant in the hotel is quite good with a varied menu, and an awesome breakfast buffet. The one thing I didn't like was the occasional loud music that would bellow up from the lobby bar through the atrium and into the rooms...the live music was nice , but some nights it would go on a bit too late and make it difficult to sleep.

I loved this place and how amazing they did to accommodate us on our first large family trip I highly recommend this place and their amazing staff! Everything is modern and very well put together. Definitely planning to return soon
One of the best experiences I've had in Mexico City is with Crown Plaza. The staff is especially friendly, but the manager is spectacular. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy, they treat you like you're at home, and the food is delicious. I was absolutely delighted with the service.
This place still have the glamour of days without pandemic. Names a little of maintenance specially in the elevators but it's a livable place. Best part, the restaurant. Ask for the fish or meat and you will not regret it. Front desk is always ready to help you. Not so cool, towels, they need to be renewed soon. Prices are low and general state of the acomodaciones are not so new. Location is quite and easy to grand access to near shopping and restaurants. Enjoy.
Some rooms are renovated however AC does not get cold. Bed is comfortable and bathroom spacious in Jr Suite. Hotel has underground parking with no additional cost for guests Breakfast at restaurant is complete with great variety and made-to-order eggs, however for dinner, service is slow, extremely slow we would say, even for dessert it took 20 min wait Location is great next to Plaza Tlalnepantla and Casa de Toño restaurant which is very good
